At Priyal Milk Dairy, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver the highest quality products, we understand that issues may arise. Our updated policy outlines the procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds in a fair and transparent manner:

General Return & Refund Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed, Priyal Milk Dairy does not accept general return or refund requests.
  • Exceptions to this policy are made only under specific conditions, such as damaged, missing, or spoiled products.

Conditions for Returns or Replacements

1. Damaged Products

  • Customers must notify Priyal Milk Dairy within 5 days of delivery by emailing priyaldairy305@gmail.com.
  • Required information and evidence include:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • 1 clear image of the outer box
    • 2 clear images of the damaged product
    • 1 unboxing video showing the damage
  • Only the affected product(s) will be eligible for replacement in multi-item shipments.
  • After due verification, we will promptly replace the product(s).

2. Missing Products

  • Customers must notify Priyal Milk Dairy within 5 days of delivery by emailing priyaldairy305@gmail.com.
  • Required documentation includes:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • 1 clear image of the outer box
    • 2 clear images of the opened box with received items visible
    • 1 unboxing video showing the contents of the box
  • Upon verification, we will re-send the missing product(s) at no additional cost.

3. Spoiled Products

  • Spoiled products must be reported within 10 days of delivery by emailing priyaldairy305@gmail.com.
  • Required evidence includes:
    • Order number
    • Date of packaging or manufacturing
    • Clear images or video of the spoiled product
  • Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma due to the natural and handmade nature of the products will not be grounds for return or refund.
  • Products found spoiled after verification will be replaced.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered, except in cases where Priyal Milk Dairy is unable to replace or re-send the product(s).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Response Time

  • Emails regarding returns, replacements, or refunds will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
  • Full assistance will be provided thereafter.

Additional Notes

  • All claims are subject to verification and due investigation.
  • Priyal Milk Dairy reserves the right to make the final decision on the eligibility of replacements or refunds.
