About the cookie: Almond Cranberry Chocolate Cookies
Khatta-meetha is a flavour every Indian already understands. Think imli with gud, or a good aam papad. This cookie plays the same game, with tart American cranberries against creamy Callebaut W2 white chocolate and California almonds for bite.
The dough is khapli whole wheat and Priyal A2 Cow Bilona Butter, sweetened with desi khand. It's the lightest of our chocolate cookies. A good pick if you want something chocolatey that doesn't feel heavy.
