About the cookie: Almond Triple Choco Chunk Cookies

This one is for people who think "extra chocolate" is a perfectly reasonable life goal. Three Callebaut chocolates go into it. There's 811 Belgian dark couverture, 823 milk couverture, and Extra Brute cocoa powder, which turns the whole dough a deep, almost black brown.

Underneath all that chocolate, it's still a Priyal cookie. Khapli whole wheat instead of maida, Priyal A2 Cow Bilona Butter, California almonds, and desi khand in the dough.

Rich, a little fudgy, and honestly very hard to stop at one.
